Calling All Bakers!!!

On Saturday, November 9th from 9am to 12pm, St. Paul’s School will host this year’s Fall Open House. We are excited to let you know we will have a themed event called Cake Wars. You, the St. Paul’s Community, can compete in a cake baking contest while friends, family and the community get to meet the teachers, see our classrooms and hear the difference St. Paul’s will make in their child’s life.  While “cakes are being judged” and families join tours, the kids will also have an opportunity to join in the fun with a cupcake decorating contest.

Please send in your registration form for the cake contest. And yes… we will have prizes for “Best of Show” and “Nailed It” so everyone can join in the fun!

We really hope you can join us for sweet fellowship and delicious confections while reaching out to the community for St. Paul’s!

“Children’s HopeChest was founded as and remains to this day an evangelical Christian organization. Our statement of faith affirms our core beliefs and doctrine. In practice, we strongly believe in putting our beliefs into action as an expression of our faith in Jesus Christ. We feel called to demonstrate the power of the gospel by meeting earthly needs within a spiritual context and for an evangelical purpose. We believe in hands-on, demonstrative, purposeful faith—the kind of faith Jesus himself demonstrated, and it is our heart to be Jesus in the flesh to every orphaned and vulnerable child we serve, and in doing so, help them fulfill the purpose God has for their lives in this world, and in the world to come.” (from “What We Believe”at HopeChest.org)
